I will supply a detailed area market analysis for all properties sold in the last three months – this includes recent comparative sales in your local area. (This includes a minimum of three and a maximum of up to five properties)

I’ll sit down with you personally to discuss your marketing plan and offer advice on the best way to market your the property. We’ll discuss your marketing budget, deadlines (if any), commission, open homes, and any special requirements you may have. I’ll then come back to you with a detailed marketing proposal and once you are satisfied, your home will be officially placed on the market.

When you are ready to put your property on the market, you’ll want your home promoted and showcased in the best way possible. We’ll engage a professional photographer to capture your home and offer suggestions to help make your home ready for the photoshoot. Don’t worry, we’ll be helping every step of the way so that your property has the best possible chance of resulting in a sale.
